Heehee. Took the online Wellness Test on the UBC website.
"The Wellness Balance Wheel illustrates your scores by showing your degree of wellness in each of the dimensions. Is your wheel balanced? Are there areas you want to work on? If you scored three or less in any category, you may choose to seek advice, do some research, or develop wellness goals based on the dimensions that need more emphasis."
I can't link the actual wheel, but I can give my scores:
Physical - 3.714
Spiritual - 2.5
Emotional - 3
Social - 3
Intellectual - 1.6
Occupational - 2.6
I'm doomed!
Oddly enough, AMS Clubs shows up under the "Spiritual" resources tab, and not the "Social" one. Huh. I should also look into the "Breaking Free from Disordered Eating Support Groups" (it makes sense if you take the test, but still). Oh well.
I still thinks it's a fairly accurate test, actually.
