Yay for wandering around UBC looking for free parking. I [i]think[/i] I found some, which is where I'm parked right now... it's a pay lot, but there's a whole ton of bikes just lined up in one area no car can get to, so I'm figuring it's "unofficial" free bike parking. I hope it is...
Class starts at 2, so I went kinda stupidly early. But I got my ID card and U-Pass in about 10 minutes, which is excellent, and then I found that all my textbooks are out of stock, which is not excellent but does save me standing in the checkout lineup. Actually, if I had to stand in that line, I probably wouldn't have any free time between then and class. So it all works out.
Lily, are you and me the only ones who go to UBC here?
Still trying to find parking. And also reliable internet access for breaks. There seems to be hardly any.
I think I'll go kill some more time. I seem to recall having something else which needed to be passed on, but I can't recall it right now. And people are waiting to use the computers.
